All orders sent within the Continental U.S. are charged a flat rate of $5 for shipping. Orders shipping to Hawaii and Alaska may incur additional shipping charges above the $5 shipping rate. Normal turnaround times are 5 days for in-stock and one-of-a-kind items, and 2-4 weeks for personalized items.
All purchases are shipped via FedEx Ground or FedEx Home Delivery. Tracking information will be sent via an automated message from FedEx once it has been delivered to FedEx for shipment. All packages will include a packing slip, either inside the box or in the pouch used on the outside of the box for the FedEx shipping label.
FedEx will not ship to PO Boxes. Please make certain to use an alternate shipping address with your order.
