Shipping
All orders sent within the Continental U.S. are charged a flat rate of $5 for shipping. Orders shipping to Hawaii and Alaska may incur additional shipping charges above the $5 shipping rate. Please call customer service at 1-206-715-9397 for more information. Shipping times vary based on whether you purchased an item that is in-stock, needs to personalized, or is one-of-a-kind. Normal turnaround times are 5 days for in-stock and one-of-a-kind items, and 2-4 weeks for personalized items.
All purchases are shipped via FedEx Ground or FedEx Home Delivery. Tracking information will be sent via an automated message from FedEx once it has been delivered to FedEx for shipment. All packages will include a packing slip, either inside the box or in the pouch used on the outside of the box for the FedEx shipping label.
FedEx will not ship to PO Boxes. Please make certain to use an alternate shipping address with your order.
We do not ship internationally or to Canada.
Refunds and Exchanges
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
With the exception of work damaged during transit, all sales are final. All works is insured to its full value for any damage that may occur in shipping. If a piece has arrived in damaged condition, please contact us immediately for additional instruction. Please keep all original packaging materials on hand for return shipment of the work. All work kept beyond 1 day without notification is assumed delivered safely and a final sale.
